FAQ
Common questions
Is GOmi free?
Yes. Downloading the app, searching for tours and booking a place are all free.
How does payment work?
There is no payment in the app. You settle up with the agency directly. GOmi takes no part in payments and never touches your card details.
Who actually runs the tour?
An independent travel agency. GOmi is the intermediary: the description, price, dates and safety are that agency's responsibility.
Why do you ask for a phone number?
So the agency can reach you. If the meeting point changes or the trip is cancelled, they will tell you. Your number is not passed to anyone else.
What languages does the app support?
Uzbek only, for now. This website is in three languages, but the app itself is Uzbek.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, at any time from inside the app: Profile → Edit profile → Delete account.
