Terms of use

GOmi is an app that gathers tours from independent travel agencies in Uzbekistan and neighbouring countries into one place. By using the app you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the app, and delete your account.

GOmi does not run tours. Every tour is organised and run by an independent agency. That agency is responsible for the description, the price, the dates and the safety of the trip.

We are an intermediary between you and the agency. Claims about a cancelled or delayed trip, or one that did not match its description, go directly to the agency.

Sign-in is via Telegram, Google or Apple only. We do not store a password and will never ask you for one.

The security of your GOmi account follows the security of that account. Anyone who can get into it can get into your GOmi account.

One account per person. Creating an account in someone else's name, or entering their details, is not allowed.

A booking is a request for a place. It takes effect once the agency confirms it.

No payment is taken in the app. Money is settled directly with the agency, outside the app. GOmi takes no part in payments and is not responsible for them.

Cancellation terms are set by the agency. The cancel button in the app releases your place but does not guarantee a refund — that is between you and the agency.

A verified phone number is required to book. The reason is simple: the agency has to be able to reach you if the meeting point changes or the trip is cancelled.

Your number is given to the agency whose tour you booked. It is not passed to third parties for any other purpose.

When you write a review you give us the right to display it in the app. A review must be based on your own experience and be honest.

We reserve the right to remove reviews that are abusive, false or advertising.

If you delete your account your reviews remain, but your name and photo are removed from them — because tour ratings are calculated from them.

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app: Profile → Edit profile → Delete account.

Deletion cannot be undone. Your account, your bookings and your phone number are removed.

These terms may change. If a change is significant we will say so in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
