Privacy policy

We collect only what the app needs in order to work. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

If you sign in with Telegram: your Telegram ID, name, username and profile photo. These are Telegram's public fields — we have no access to your Telegram messages.

If you sign in with Google or Apple: your account identifier, email address, name and profile photo.

Your phone number: the one you shared in Telegram, or the one you entered yourself when booking.

Your bookings: which tour, which date, how many people.

Any reviews you write, and the photos in them.

Passwords — never. Sign-in is via Telegram, Google or Apple only.

Payment details — there is no payment in the app; we never touch a card number.

Your location — the app does not read GPS.

Advertising identifiers and tracking — there are no third-party ad trackers in the app.

Recognising you and signing you in.

Showing your bookings and passing them to the agency.

Letting the agency reach you (your name and phone number).

Displaying your reviews and calculating tour ratings.

The agency whose tour you booked: your name, your phone number and the booking details. No other agency sees this.

Other users: only your review, and the name and photo on it.

Your data is not sold and is not given out for advertising.

Data is stored in a database on our server. Images are stored in separate file storage.

Your sign-in token is kept in your device's secure storage (Keychain on iOS and macOS, encrypted storage on Android).

Your list of saved trips stays on that device only and is never sent to the server.

For as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, the account, your bookings and your phone number are deleted.

Your reviews remain, but your name and photo are removed from them, because tour ratings are calculated from them.

You can change your name, username and phone number at any time: Profile → Edit profile.

You can delete your account completely from inside the app at any time.

The app is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
